Chocolate & Purition Banana Baked Oats

Busy mornings call for something simple, filling and made from real food. These Chocolate & Banana Baked Oats are a nourishing, make-ahead breakfast packed with whole ingredients that keep you satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe & mashed bananas
  • 80g Purition chocolate 
  • 2/3 cup of nut butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • splash of milk or water (enough to bind the mixture)

Optional: Top with dark chocolate chips

Method:

  1. In an oven dish, combine all of your ingredients, slowly adding milk to combine into a wet mixture 
  2. Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and bars have firmed 
  3. Remove, allow to cool, slice & enjoy 

Notes: 

  • Keeps well in the fridge for 4 days so it's a great option for meal prep
  • Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt for some extra protein
