This Ginger Nut Yoghurt Bowl brings together real, nourishing ingredients for a simple winter breakfast or snack that feels like a treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Purition Ginger Nut (Works well with all flavours)
  • 150g Greek Yoghurt
  • A small handful of chopped nuts
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • A handful of dried fruits

METHOD

  1. Stir your Purition into 150g of Greek yoghurt until smooth
  2. Mix in half of your nuts for a crunch
  3. Top with the rest of your nuts and dried fruits 
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
