Cauliflower in a shake? That's right! You might be thinking this sounds strange, but trust us on this one. Frozen cauliflower adds creaminess to your shake, alongside lots of nutrients.

Cauliflower contains more vitamin C than oranges, as well as high levels of vitamins K & B6, folate, potassium and magnesium. 

So if you're looking for an easy way to get more vegetables into your day, this one's well worth a try!

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Purition Pecan & Cinnamon
  • 200–250ml milk (we used Almond)
  • 4–5 raw frozen cauliflower florets
  • ½ a banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
  •  1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

TIPS & SWAPS

  • No Pecan & Cinnamon? Try it with our Vanilla, Banana or Almond flavours instead.
  • Fancy a smoothie bowl? Frozen cauliflower gives this shake a much thicker texture, so feel free to pour it into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
  • Low-carb? Skip the banana and make this recipe using Purition Banana, instead!
