There's something about a frozen smoothie bowl that makes summer mornings feel a little easier. Thick, cold, and naturally sweet, this one comes together in a blender and works just as well eaten straight away or frozen for a firmer, ice cream-like texture.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 40g Purition Wholefood Nutrition - we used our NEW Strawberry & Banana Limited Edition
- Handful fresh or frozen strawberries
- 100-150ml almond milk
- Dollop of Greek yoghurt
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for about 1 minute, until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy straight away, or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Top with fresh berries, flaked almonds, coconut flakes, or enjoy on its own.
