An iced coffee drink pronounced ‘frap-pay' which, when loosely translated from French, means ‘iced’. It’s a creamy, refreshing and cooling summer alternative to a coffee!

To create holiday vibes in an instant, blend with milk and ice for an icy, slushie-style frappé. If, like us, you prefer a smoother, classic frappé, blend with milk and serve over ice.

What do they taste like? + -

Super Nut Frappés are seriously nutty, but the difference between each flavour is subtle. That's because our ingredients are real – we use actual ground nuts, not sugary syrups or artifical flavourings.

How do I prepare the drinks? + -

Blend 2 heaped teaspoons (14g) with 200 ml of your favourite milk and serve over ice.

TOP TIP: Add a few ice cubes before blending to make an extra thick & creamy frappé.

Are the blends suitable for all diets? + -

Yes, our blends are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and made from plant-based ingredients. It's suitable for a variety of dietary needs and preferences.

How much caffeine is in each blend? + -

77mg per 14g of Super Nut Frappé. Each serving contains almost exactly the same amount of coffee and caffeine as an instant coffee made with 1 heaped teaspoon of coffee.

How man calories & sugar do they have? + -

These figures are based on the Super Nut Frappé in Pistachio. Figures will vary slightly depending on your chosen Super Nut flavour and brand of milk (for the dairy-free milks, we used Plenish).

Super Nut + 200ml unsweetened almond milk = 137 kcal, 1g sugar

Super Nut + 200ml oat milk = 161 kcal, 3.4g sugar

Super Nut + 200ml whole milk = 211 kcal, 10.4g sugar

Super Nut + 200ml semi-skimmed milk = 179 kcal, 10.6g sugar

Super Nut + 200ml skimmed milk = 153 kcal, 11g sugar
