We've proudly supported the Primary Care Lifestyle Conference every year since it began - because we believe lifestyle-focused care belongs at the centre of everyday practice.
This isn't about promotion. It's about backing the GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals who are already using food, movement, and behaviour change to improve lives - getting results where standard care often falls short.
What is it?
The Primary Care Lifestyle Conference is a practical, evidence-based event created by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals. It's focused on how lifestyle interventions - like whole food nutrition - can be used effectively in everyday consultations.
Whether you're just starting to explore lifestyle medicine or already applying it in practice, this event offers ideas, inspiration, and clinical tools you can use straight away.

Why this conference matters
This isn't a commercial event. The Primary Care Lifestyle Conference is a not for profit gathering created by HCPs, for HCPs - led by Practice Nurses Catherine Cassell, Tessa Barnard and Gayle Gerry.
Their goal? To make lifestyle focused education accessible to those on the front line of patient care - without influence from the pharmaceutical industry.
We've funded 6 tickets for Diabetes Specialist Nurses and others in similar roles - specifically for those who might not have the disposable income to fund their own place. If that's you, we'd love you to apply.
This conference offers more than just Continuing Professional Development. It creates a support network for like-minded professionals who want to explore evidence-based, food-first, and behavioural approaches to better health outcomes - from reversing T2D and improving metabolic health to reducing cardiac risk factors through lifestyle change.
We hope you'll join them for what promises to be a truly inspiring day of learning from leading voices in Lifestyle Medicine.

Why We Sponsor This
At Purition, we believe food should be part of the conversation in healthcare. Not just in theory - but in real, practical ways that patients can understand, afford and stick with.
That's why we support the Primary Care Lifestyle Conference. We're not there to sell - we simply sponsor 6 ticket places and contribute samples for the delegate goody bags.
It's our way of backing HCPs who are already making food-first interventions part of everyday care - and encouraging more to do the same.
No gimmicks. No trends. Just real food nutrition, in support of real healthcare.
