What are net carbs?
Net Carbs is an American term that current UK law insists; a carbohydrate figure that includes starch and sugar but must exclude fibre.
So for example, if an ingredient deck read:
Carbs 3.1g & Fibre 6.9g,
On a US pack, that would read:
Total Carbs 10g, Net Carbs 3.1g.
