Method:
This sizzling summer smoothie is a great source of vitamins, minerals and is high in fiber. Plus it only takes seconds to prepare!
– Combine all ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth.
– For a super chilled shake, add some ice or use frozen fruits.
– Top tip! When your bananas are nice and ripe, peel them and cut into thirds – pop in the freezer to use in your healthy breakfast smoothie recipes.
