
Step out of the ordinary with this fun and creative recipe provided by one of our long time customers Gemma. Banana, maple syrup – some mango maybe – and pistachio. A sweet and healthy breakfast smoothie, what’s not to love?
There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavorings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients – and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Method:
Need a post-workout pick me up or just a little something. This delicious smoothie is quick to make and couldn’t be easier!

- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blitz until smooth. Serve.
- Top tip! When your bananas are nice and ripe, peel, cut into thirds and pop in the freezer – perfect for adding to your smoothies!
- Top tip! Leave out the mango if you’re watching your sugar levels.
