The Green Goddess is super easy to make, lovely and filling and the perfect excuse for getting in a couple more of your daily fruit and veg!
There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavorings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients – and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.
1/2 an Avocado
1/2 a Pear
A handful of Spinach
or Kale (1/4 cup)
Milk / Nut Milk
