There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients – and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.
Macadamia & Vanilla
Self Raising Flour
1 cup/ 100g)
Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
(2 cups/ 360g)
Bicarb of soda
- Whisk all ingredients by hand in a large bowl & allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- On a medium heat, add a little Coconut/ Oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add portions of pancake batter – about 12cm across.
- Allow pancake to settle & bubble & flip to cook other side.
- Serve with your favourite toppings – we like a dollop of cream or yoghurt, berries, banana & a sprinkle of cocoa nibs for crunch!
