There are no added artificial sweeteners, flavorings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients – and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Blackcurrant Purition 1/4 cup | Berries small handful | Yogurt or Milk 1 & 1/2 cup | Banana 1/2 banana | Honey or Agave drizzle |
Method:
You can make Purition ice pops with whatever flavor you’d prefer — and they can be made with or without dairy. Here’s the basic recipe for you to customize.
Blend together…
❄️ 6 scoops (1/4 cup) of your chosen Purition flavor, we used Blackcurrant
❄️ 1 & 1/2 cup yogurt or milk — we used coconut yogurt
❄️ Some fruit, if you like — we used mixed berries and half a banana
❄️ A trickle of honey or agave to sweeten
Scoop the mixture into your molds, then add in some finishing touches if you like — we used blackberries. Pop them into your freezer for a few hours and enjoy a healthy yet indulgent treat outside in the sunshine!
This recipe made 6 medium-sized ice pops. However, as all popsicle molds are different, you might have to play around with the quantities to suit.
