1.ORDER YOUR FLAVORS!
Original or Vegan...
We recommend Original range unless you're following a strict vegan diet. All of our recipes are mainly chopped and ground seeds and nuts, with an additional vegetarian or vegan protein. Apart from the additional protein source, the only ingredient that changes is the flavour ingredient. So expect an overall natural nutty taste with a hint of 'Vanilla' or 'Strawberry'.
2.STOCK UP ON MILK OR YOGURT
Whole, half or any dairy alternative...
Which milk you use makes a flavour difference. For example; if you use oat milk it's quite sweet and tastes heavily of oats which will mask the subtle 'Vanilla' or 'Strawberry' Purition flavour - this is great especially if you have a sweet tooth - but if not, try a half fat milk or unsweetened coconut milk. You may want to try Purition made up with different milks or yogurts to see which you prefer?
3.DUST OFF YOUR BLENDER

It might take you a few attempts to find your preferred way of enjoying it! Making Purition into a shake or smoothie isn't always everyones favorite way. This healthy whole food, whole body approach is recommended by and used by health professionals. There is no better recommendation than that, but due to the whole foods and natural texture of Purition it may not be right for everyone. To find out & get started, you'll need to order a few single packets.
There is no minimum order and no subscription necessary. Start with a box of mix & match flavours and just one shake a day, usually breakfast for one or 2 weeks. If you like the first one you can re-order and we’ll have more with you within a couple of days.
